Kelley GodfreyBiographyKelley C. Godfrey is a partner in Wicker Smith’s Orlando office and focuses her practice on medical malpractice issues and general civil litigation matters. She began her tenure with Wicker Smith as a law clerk. In 2012, Ms. Godfrey graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida. She majored in Economics and completed minors in English and Spanish. She continued her studies at the University of Florida Levin College of Law, making the Dean’s List each semester and graduating cum laude in 2015. While in law school, Ms. Godfrey served as a teaching assistant for courses in Legal Writing, Appellate Advocacy, and Trial Practice. She earned the Book Award in Legal Drafting, and she also served as a research assistant. Ms. Godfrey was an active member of the Trial Team and competed in tournaments throughout the state during her time in law school, including the Student Trial Advocacy Competition and the Florida National Trial Advocacy Tournament. Ms. Godfrey was admitted to practice in the State of Florida in 2015 and is an active member of the Florida Bar and the Orange County Bar Association.
