Jessica-Ann Fermin

Jessica-Ann M. Fermin is an associate in Wicker Smith’s Orlando office, where she works in a variety of practice areas, but primarily focuses on general liability, premise liability, and retail.

Jessica-Ann attended St. John’s University, College of Liberal Arts & Sciences, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Politics, with minors in Economics and Philosophy. She graduated summa cum laude in 2019 and continued on to St. John’s University School of Law. In law school, she served as the Associate Articles Editor for the Journal of Civil Rights and Economic Development and was also awarded the L.I. Legal Diversity Fellowship. Jessica-Ann received her Juris Doctorate in 2022.

Prior to joining Wicker Smith, Jessica-Ann was an associate at a firm in New York, where she provided tax planning, compliance, and management to high net worth clients.

Jessica-Ann is admitted to practice in the states of Florida and New York. Outside of practicing law, she enjoys traveling, trying new cuisines, and spending time with family and friends.
