Elyse MaloufElyse Malouf Elyse Malouf is an associate in Wicker Smith’s Miami office where she focuses her practice primarily on appellate and medical malpractice matters. Ms. Malouf graduated from the University of Ottawa with a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce in 2013. She continued her studies at Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law where she earned her Juris Doctorate in 2017, graduating summa cum laude. While in law school, Ms. Malouf served as a summer intern for the Honorable Chief Magistrate Judge Andrea M. Simonton in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida and as a research assistant for a professor. She also received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Legal Research, Writing I & II and Torts which is given to the highest scoring student in each law school class. Prior to joining Wicker Smith in 2018, Ms. Malouf practiced at another South Florida firm where she handled criminal appellate practice cases. Ms. Malouf was admitted to practice in the State of Florida in 2017 and is a member of The Florida Bar Appellate Practice Section, The American Bar Association Young Lawyers Division (YLD and the Broward County Bar Association.
