Eduardo Garcia

Eduardo A. Garcia is an associate in the Miami office of Wicker Smith, focusing primarily on First Party Property matters.

Mr. Garcia graduated from Florida International University in 2018 with a major in Criminal Justice. He then went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, where he was a Goodwin Law Scholarship recipient and an active member of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity.

Prior to joining Wicker Smith, Mr. Garcia served as a law clerk assisting in labor relations, sports and entertainment and first party property matters.

During his free time, Eduardo enjoys golfing and playing pickle ball. He is also fluent in Spanish.
