David Roberson Jr.David Roberson Jr. David M. Roberson Jr. is an associate in the Atlanta office of Wicker Smith, where he focuses primarily on personal injury and insurance defense matters. Mr. Roberson has a wealth of experience in law; prior to joining Wicker Smith, Mr. Roberson worked as the Assistant District Attorney for the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office; Attorney Advisor for the Department of Health and Human Services in Seattle; and Assistant City Prosecutor in Kansas City. He is a graduate of New England Law School, where he was the COP Coordinator of the New England Journal on Criminal and Civil Confinement and President of the Black Law Student Association. Mr. Roberson also received the prestigious New England Law Service Award due to his work to preserve New England Law’s Black Law Student Association charter and keep the organization thriving under a crisis of leadership. He also worked as a legal intern in the Jackson County Prosecutor’s Office in Kansas City. In his free time, Mr. Roberson enjoys taking his son to soccer and basketball practice, going to the movies, watching his hometown team the Kansas City Chiefs play, creative writing, and gaming.
