Christopher B. BaileyBiographyChristopher B. Bailey is an associate attorney in Wicker Smith’s Orlando office, handling mostly trucking accidents, premises liability and general liability. Christopher joined Wicker Smith in 2026, but for the ten years previous he ran a firm that he co-founded, managing a diverse caseload of criminal defense, family law, bankruptcy, landlord/tenant disputes, and personal injury matters. As the founding partner and managing attorney of that firm, Christopher was responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, HR functions, payroll, and accounting, as well as maintaining his casework. Christopher became a Florida Supreme Court Qualified Arbitrator in 2026. He holds an undergraduate degree in criminal justice from the University of Central Florida and a law degree from Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law. Outside of the office, Christopher enjoys spending time with his wonderful wife, Natalie and son, Adam. They enjoy going on cruises, visiting Disney and relaxing on the lake.
