Carson Brattain Roberts

Carson Brattain Roberts is an associate in Wicker Smith’s Jacksonville office, where his practice focuses on general liability and automobile negligence matters.

Carson earned his undergraduate degree from Purdue University before continuing his education at Michigan State University College of Law. While in law school, he was a Dean’s List scholar and served as President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society. He earned his Juris Doctor in 2026.

Prior to joining Wicker Smith in 2026, Carson led a research project on the INFORM Consumers Act enforcement with Michigan State University’s Center for Anti-Counterfeiting and Product Protection. He gained additional experience in the in-house legal department of a national dental insurance company, with a Michigan firm handling construction and business disputes, and with the Jackson County Office of the Prosecuting Attorney.

Outside of practicing law, Carson enjoys cheering on Boilermaker and Spartan basketball, attending IndyCar races, and playing guitar.
