Brooke Sause

Brooke Sause is an Associate in the Tampa office of Wicker Smith, where she works in a variety of practice areas, but primarily focuses on the defense of premises liability and products liability matters.

Brooke attended college at Florida State University, where she majored in political science and graduated summa cum laude in 2022. She went on to law school at the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where she was an active member of the Florida Entertainment and Sports Law Review and participated in a number of student organizations including the John Marshall Bar Association and the Entertainment and Sports Law Society.

Brooke’s legal experience includes a clerkship at a South Florida firm that specialized in maritime law and a summer in the Wicker Smith summer associate program in the West Palm Beach office, as well as externships with Partnership for Strong Families and Multicultural Media, Telecom and Internet Council.

In her free time, Brooke enjoys exploring new places, exercising, and songwriting.
