William HosfordBiographyWilliam Hosford is an associate in the Tampa office of Wicker Smith, where his practice focuses on civil litigation. William is a proud three-time graduate of Florida State University. He earned an undergraduate degree in accounting magna cum laude in 2018, finished his master’s in accounting with an emphasis on taxation in 2020, and worked as an auditor and tax preparer for two years before returning to Florida State for law school. There, he served as a staff editor on Florida State Law Review and was also active in Moot Court, Law School Student Council, and the Student Advisory Board, and finished his J.D. in 2025. In addition to William’s advanced knowledge in taxation and accounting, he also gained legal experience by completing clerkships at a worker’s compensation firm in Tallahassee and with Wicker Smith as a summer associate in 2024. He returned to the firm as a full-time associate upon his admission to the Florida Bar in 2025.
