- Representing a structural subcontractor in litigation involving a national construction company as part of a $38 million claim for defective construction of a condominium on South Beach.
- Representing a window contractor in lawsuits filed by the State of Florida alleging defective installation of windows and doors resulting in alleged water damage.
- Representing a general contractor/developer in a potential class action involving hundreds of homes with alleged defective roofs following Hurricane Wilma.
