He is also well-versed on a broad array of complex litigation involving transportation matters, retail and restaurant defense, healthcare law and risk management, casualty claims defense, products liability, construction, product liability, nursing home, and employment litigation.
Jonathon S. Miller joined Wicker Smith in 2008 and is a Partner in the Fort Lauderdale office. Mr. Miller earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in 2000, and went on to earn his Juris Doctor degree from Florida State University (FSU) in 2003, graduating with honors. He has also been recognized as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers and an “Up and Comer” by Florida Legal Elite. Mr. Miller is a member of the Broward and Palm Beach County Bar Associations.
The Florida Trend’s Florida Legal Elite invites in-state members of the Florida Bar to nominate and vote on piers whom they hold in high regard or would recommend to others. The ballots are then calculated based on the number of votes they received, with more weight applied to votes from outside their own firms. The 2020 honorees represent less than 1.4 percent of all practicing Florida attorneys.
