Wicker Smith’s 2023 Summer Associate program is comprised of law students from all over the country. It is designed to provide law students with a broad view of Wicker Smith’s wide range of practices while nurturing each summer associate’s individual legal interests. Each clerk is assigned a mentor and will spend the 12-week program experiencing hands-on training, including attending depositions, mediations and trials as well as working on research-based projects. Throughout the summer, they will participate in weekly training sessions focusing on the inner workings of a litigation firm. They will work closely with their partner and associate mentors, as well as the professional staff, allowing them to grow as aspiring attorneys.
“We were very fortunate to meet hundreds of excellent, motivated and qualified candidates throughout the fall recruiting season,” said Richards “Dick” Ford, Orlando Managing Partner of Wicker Smith. “We are thrilled to welcome this class of talented individuals as members of our firm and to be a part of their future success.”
