Force Majeure Law Compendium (During the Covid-19 Pandemic) Listed by State

MIAMI – JUNE 09, 2020 – Civil litigation defense firm, Wicker Smith O’Hara McCoy & Ford P.A., worked with USLAW NETWORK member firms to generate a highly-detailed, multi-state compendium of law with resources on relevant considerations with respect to invoking “force majeure” clauses in contracts in light of the ongoing COVID-19 crisis.
