Tiffany HamptonBiographyTiffany N. Hampton is a partner in Wicker Smith’s Naples office. She focuses her practice in the areas of medical malpractice, premises liability, administrative law, professional malpractice, and commercial litigation. Prior to joining Wicker Smith, Tiffany served as a certified legal intern at the State Attorney’s Office in the 6th Judicial Circuit. She also worked as a summer associate at a local firm, gaining experience in tort and insurance defense, commercial litigation, worker’s compensation, and family law. Tiffany graduated cum laude from Stetson University’s College of Law in 2008. While in law school, she was a member of the honors fraternity, Phi Delta Phi. She was also a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board and a two-time semi-finalist in the Robert R. Merhige, Jr. National Environmental Negotiation Competition hosted at the University of Richmond in Virginia. In 2005, Tiffany graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Science in Media Management and a Minor in Sociology. Admitted to the Florida Bar in 2008, Tiffany is also a former Certified County Court Mediator for the state of Florida. She is a member of the Collier County Bar Association.
