Sean Farrell

Sean L. Farrell is an Associate in the Naples office of Wicker Smith where he focuses his practice on Commercial Litigation, Construction, Medical Care, Professional Liability and Retail matters.

He graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science double majoring in Real Estate and Marketing. He then attended law school at Southern Illinois University School of Law in Carbondale, Illinois, graduating in 2010 and admitted to the Florida Bar in March 2011. While in law school, Sean was Student Editor of the Journal of Legal Medicine; Vice Justice of Phi Alpha Delta, Law Fraternity; and President of the Justinian Society.

Sean began practicing law in Fort Myers, focusing on workers’ compensation and insurance defense, real estate transactions, and real estate closings. Prior to joining Wicker Smith, he practiced as a Lead Personal Injury Protection and Bodily Injury Attorney, representing numerous doctors and clinics all throughout Florida. In his years of practice, he has attended numerous hearings and depositions, and has also negotiated hundreds of settlements for his clients.

In his free time, Sean enjoys spending time with his wife Jennifer and daughter Addison. They enjoy traveling, attending Florida State football games, spending time with family and friends.
