Richard Menendez

Richard Menendez is an associate in Wicker Smith’s Tampa office. He assists on matters in a variety of practice areas, but primarily general liability, products liability, and retail matters.

Richard attended the University of Central Florida, graduating magna cum laude in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law in 2023. During law school, he was a member of the FSU College of Law Mock Trial Team and an active member of the Cuban American Bar Association.

Before his admission to the bar, Richard worked at several firms throughout Florida as a law clerk and legal intern, including a summer at Wicker Smith’s Tampa office. He joined the firm as an associate in 2023.
