Matthew Ouellette

Matthew P. Ouellette is a partner in Wicker Smith’s Melbourne office where he focuses his practice on, premises liability, auto negligence, commercial transport, medical malpractice, and insurance coverage and bad faith matters.

In 2010, Mr. Ouellette graduated from the University of North Florida. From there, Mr. Ouellette attended the University of Florida Levin College of law where he made the dean’s list, competed on the Environmental Moot Court team, and graduated cum laude. Prior to joining Wicker Smith in 2019, Mr. Ouellette practiced in Sarasota, Florida in the areas of commercial litigation and insurance defense.

Mr. Ouellette is admitted to practice in the State of Florida and is an active member of The Florida Bar, Brevard County Bar Association, and American Bar Association. Outside of practicing law, Matthew enjoys spending time with his family, surfing, diving, and hiking.
