Olivia Schuerman

Olivia Grace (Libby) Schuerman is an Associate in the Nashville office of Wicker Smith where she focuses her practice on Medical and Family law matters.

Libby graduated from The University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, along with a minor in English. She was a member of the Women’s Rowing Team during her time in Tuscaloosa. She graduated cum laude and then went on to attend the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University where she earned her Juris Doctor in 2024. While in law school, Libby was an active member of the Federalist Society, Sports and Entertainment Law Society and Women in Law organizations. She continued her time with Alabama Athletics, working in their compliance department throughout law school.

Libby served as a dedicated law clerk for the 21^st Judicial District of Tennessee at the Williamson County courthouse. She later worked as a law clerk for Wicker Smith before joining the firm as an Associate in 2024. She is admitted to practice in the state of Tennessee.

Libby is a fitness enthusiast. In her free time, Libby enjoys spending time with her family on their farm in Wisconsin, waterskiing with her boyfriend and cheering on the Crimson Tide.
