Lester RodriguezBiographyLester Rodriguez is an Associate in the Miami office where he focuses his practice on retail and transportation matters. Lester earned his Juris Doctorate at St. Thomas University School of Law in 2016. While at St. Thomas University, he was a research assistant on International Human Rights and Corporate Governance Compliance projects based in Latin America. He also served on the executive board of the St. Thomas University School of Law Journal of Complex Litigation. Upon becoming licensed to practice law in the State of Florida, Lester zealously advocated for his clients and produced successful results as a Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Lawyer. He later became a solo practitioner where he maintained a focus in Personal Injury, Wrongful Death Litigation, Commercial Transactions, Criminal Defense, and Landlord-Tenant Matters. Prior to joining Wicker Smith, Lester served as an Attorney Advisor for the Disaster Sector of the United States Small Business Administration (SBA); dealing in Federal Loan Compliance Matters. Lester’s diverse experience working closely with small business owners, and in practicing insurance litigation on the plaintiffs and defense side, provides special perspective and insight into better serving our clients’ needs. As the son of immigrant parents, Lester understands the value of commitment and a strong work ethic. He has lived most of his life in Brooklyn, New York and La Romana Province, Dominican Republic.
