Katie Rose Gallagher

Katie Rose Gallagher is an associate in Wicker Smith’s Orlando office, where she handles a variety of practice areas including, personal and catastrophic injury, premises liability, wrongful death, trucking and automobile negligence, and commercial litigation.

Katie completed her Associate of Arts degree during high school, through dual enrollment at Eastern Florida State College. She then attended Flagler College in St. Augustine, where she was a Dean’s List scholar and completed her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration in just two years. She went on to attend law school at Barry University, Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law in Orlando, earning her law degree in 2024.

Prior to joining Wicker Smith in 2026, Katie worked at two other prestigious litigation firms in Orlando, handling corporate litigation, high-exposure personal injury matters, and complex business disputes–both on the defense and plaintiff side. She is experienced in all aspects of the litigation process from case inception to trial, and her work has been instrumental in securing numerous positive outcomes for her clients, with client satisfaction serving as her primary driving force in all stages of litigation.

Outside of the office, Katie enjoys staying active and out in her community, and prioritizes spending time with her friends and family.
