Jeffrey Goodman

Jeffrey Goodman is a partner in the Miami office of Wicker Smith where he focuses his practice on professional liability, products liability, food safety-related litigation, insurance coverage matters, automobile liability, and general civil litigation cases. As part of the firm’s retail practice group, Mr. Goodman has had the opportunity to defend and consult on all aspects of premises liability litigation. These matters include negligent security and premises liability claims arising out of suits against retailers.

In 2006, Mr. Goodman graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelors in Finance. He then went on to receive his Juris Doctor in 2009 from the University of Miami, graduating cum laude. Prior to joining Wicker Smith, Mr. Goodman was an Associate at another Miami firm where he practiced insurance defense.

Mr. Goodman was admitted to practice in the state of Florida and is an active member of the Florida Bar and Dade County Bar Association.
