Jared R. Moskowitz

Jared R. Moskowitz is an associate in the Orlando office of Wicker Smith, where his practice focuses on general liability, premises liability, and trucking negligence.

Jared graduated from the University of Tampa with a degree in biology before continuing his education at Barry University’s Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, where he graduated cum laude and received Book Awards in Legal Research & Writing and Property. While at Barry, Jared served as a Dean’s Writing Fellow, a Teaching Assistant for Legal Research and Writing, and a Research Assistant to Professor Haley Mendola, contributing research and editing to her publication in the Notre Dame Journal of Law, Ethics & Public Policy. As member of the Moot Court Honors Board, Jared competed in national moot court competitions at Tulane, Elon, and Seton Hall law schools, serving as team captain at the Mardi Gras Invitational.

As a law student, Jared interned with an Orlando intellectual property firm where he gained experience drafting patent applications, conducting prior art searches, and assisting with patent copyright, and trademark litigation. He also completed the Florida Supreme Court Certified County Mediation Training Program. He joined Wicker Smith upon his admission to the Florida Bar in 2026.

Outside of work, Jared stays active as a former competitive bodybuilder, enjoying a good cup of espresso, and spending quality time with loved ones.
