Jamie Dasher

Jamie Dasher is an Associate in the Naples office of Wicker Smith where she focuses her practice primarily on Medical Law, Professional Liability, Construction, and General Liability matters.

She graduated from Florida State University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. With a passion for helping others, she volunteered as a Hotline Counselor during her undergraduate studies, providing crisis support, information, and referrals for Helpline 211 and The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline. She continued her education at Ave Maria School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor in 2024. Jamie was a Law Clerk at Wicker Smith before joining the firm as an Associate.

While in law school, Jamie distinguished herself academically by earning the CALI Book Award in Federal Taxation and receiving the St. Thomas More Merit Scholarship. She was also an active leader, serving as President of the Ave Maria Elder Law and Estate Planning; Vice-President of the Ave Maria Law Moot Court Board; Editor-in-Chief of The Gavel; and Clerk of Phi Alpha Delta. Additionally, she provided tours to prospective and admitted law students as a Student Ambassador.

In her free time, Jamie enjoys boating, traveling, and spending quality time with her family and dogs. She is admitted to practice in the state of Florida.
