James Lehr

James T. Lehr is an associate in the Miami office of Wicker Smith, where he focuses primarily on construction, general negligence, premises liability, and transportation matters.

James graduated summa cum laude from Florida International University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Economics. He then went on to graduate with his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the Benjamin L. Crump College of Law at St. Thomas University in 2024 with certificates in Real Estate Law, Business Law and Tax Law. During law school, he was a consistent Dean’s List recipient and an active member of the Tax Law Society, Business Law Society and Real Property Society. James served as a dedicated law clerk at Wicker Smith prior to joining the firm as an Associate in 2024; where he assisted in state and federal cases dealing with construction, premise liability, and catastrophic injury.

During his free time, James enjoys traveling, outdoor activities, strength training, and spending time with his family and friends. He is admitted to practice in the state of Florida.
