Jacob RigsbyBiographyJacob Rigsby is an associate in the Atlanta office of Wicker Smith, where his practice focuses on general liability, retail, and transportation. Jacob attended college at the University of Alabama, Culverhouse College of Business, earning his B.S. in Economics summa cum laude in 2021. He went on to the University of Alabama School of Law, where he was the Senior Editor of the Law & Psychology Review and the President of the Outlaw LGBTQ+ Alliance. Jacob’s legal experience includes law clerk positions at a bankruptcy and foreclosure firm in Atlanta and with the Alabama Disabilities Advocacy Program, as well as a semester as a legal intern with the Jefferson County Public Defender’s Office in Birmingham and a semester as a Student Attorney with the Alabama Law Entrepreneurship & Nonprofit Clinic. He joined Wicker Smith as an associate upon his admission to the Georgia Bar in 2025. Outside of the office, Jacob enjoys watching college football, live music, and traveling.
