Jaclyn Lopez

Jaclyn Lopez is an associate in Wicker Smith’s Fort Lauderdale office where she works in a variety of practice areas, but primarily in retail and transportation matters.

Jaclyn attended Florida International University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science. She continued on to Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law where she earned her Juris Doctor in 2023. During law school, Jaclyn served as President of the Student Bar Association and as an active member of the NSU Honors Program and NSU Trial Association. She was also the ABA National Appellate Advocacy Competition Regional Champion in 2023, NYC Bar National Competition Regional Semi-Finalist in 2021 and recipient of The Larry Kalevitch Service Award in 2023.

Prior to joining Wicker Smith as an associate in 2024, Jaclyn served as Assistant Public Defender of the 15^th Judicial District office in the Appellate Division.

Jaclyn is admitted to practice in the state of Florida. She is also fluent in Spanish.
