Indra Thomas

Indra Thomas is an associate in the Melbourne office of Wicker Smith, where her practice focuses on automobile negligence and premises liability.

Indra has been an insurance lawyer for over seven years and has worked both in-house and as outside counsel with some of the most well-known firms in Florida. She is experienced in the defense of first party property matters, having handled hundreds of such cases from inception, through all phases of litigation and resolution throughout her career. Her most recent experience prior to joining Wicker Smith in 2025 was serving as Senior Litigation Counsel with a Miami-based firm that specialized in first party property defense.

In addition to her litigation practice, Indra is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Civil Circuit Mediator. Outside of the office, she enjoys crafting, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
