Heidi Nam

Heidi Nam, is an associate in the Miami office, where she primarily handles motion practice in a broad range of legal matters to include civil litigation involving medical malpractice, professional malpractice, products liability and premises liability, as well as construction litigation and commercial litigation involving property law, contracts and employment law matters.

Born in Seoul, South Korea, Ms. Nam obtained her undergraduate degree in both Economics and Journalism with a minor in French from Northwestern University in 1999.  The year prior to graduating, she also participated in an exchange program at the Université de Paris, Sorbonne.  She continued her studies at the University of Miami School of Law, graduating with a Juris Doctor in 2004.  While in law school, Ms. Nam was the editor of the University of Miami’s International and Comparative Law Review.

Admitted to practice in the state of Florida in 2004, Ms. Nam is a member of The Florida Bar and Dade County Bar Association.
