Hayden Hurlbut

Hayden Hurlbut is an associate in Wicker Smith’s Jacksonville office. He works in a variety of practice areas, but primarily commercial litigation, construction, and general liability.

Hayden attended the University of South Florida, where he majored in International Business with a concentration in Economics and graduated in 2018. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor cum laude from Florida State University College of Law in 2023. During law school he was a Staff Editor of Florida State Law Review and a member of Wilhelm C. Vis International Moot Court.

Hayden gained legal experience as an intern at the Office of the Public Defender in Tallahassee, as well as at two different litigation firms in the Jacksonville area. He joined Wicker Smith as an associate in 2023.
