Diane Suarez

Diane N. Suarez is an associate attorney in the West Palm Beach office of Wicker Smith. She focuses her practice in the areas of commercial litigation, products liability, retail and transportation.

Following a successful career as an Insurance Agent working with several Fortune 500 property and casualty insurers, Diane fulfilled her long-standing dream and attended law school. Afterwards, using her insurance experience coupled with her law degree, she began her legal career at another prestigious West Palm Beach defense firm where she handled personal injury, wrongful death and civil defense litigation matters, while managing an extensive caseload. She joins Wicker Smith with experience related to automobile negligence (gas, oil, and energy industries), insurance coverage issues, negligent security, premises liability, property damage and subrogation.

Diane graduated from Barry University with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations. Then, she obtained a Master of Science in Education from Nova Southeastern University. Later on, she earned her Juris Doctorate degree from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law. She is admitted to practice in the State of Florida and the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida.

During her free time, Diane enjoys reading, walking, boating and traveling with her family & friends. She is also fluent in Spanish, both spoken and written.
