Dana Arbogast

Dana R. Arbogast is an associate in Wicker Smith’s Fort Lauderdale office where she works in a variety of practice areas, but primarily medical malpractice.

Dana attended Florida State University, where she earned Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Marketing. She graduated in 2019, and continued on to University of Miami School of Law, earning her Juris Doctor in 2024 and graduating cum laude. At the University of Miami, Dana was a Dean’s Scholarship Recipient, University of Miami Research Scholar and the Articles & Comments Editor of the Race & Social Justice Law Review.

Prior to joining Wicker Smith as an associate in 2024, Dana worked as a law clerk for an international law firm, dedicated to defending individuals charged with or under investigation for the commission of state or federal crimes. She also served as Judicial Intern to the Honorable William Altfield of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court of Florida assisting in various areas of criminal law, including violent and drug-related crimes.

Outside of practicing law, Dana enjoys spending time with family. She is admitted to practice in the state of Florida.
