Cory Stephenson

Cory Stephenson is a partner in Wicker Smith’s West Palm Beach office where his practice focuses primarily on handling products liability, retail and transportation cases.

Prior to joining Wicker Smith in 2023, Cory practiced as a partner for another prestigious West Palm Beach firm where he handled third-party personal injury litigation, as well as first-party property litigation matters and individually litigated an ongoing caseload of over 100 cases from inception to final resolution. He has tried over 30 civil jury trials.

Cory attended Pepperdine University: Seaver College, where he received a double major in Communications and History, graduating magna cum laude. He graduated in 2010 and continued on to Pepperdine University School of Law, earning his Juris Doctor in 2013 as well as his certification in dispute resolution from the Strauss Institute of Dispute Resolution. He is admitted to practice in the State of Florida and the United States District Court; Southern, Middle and Northern District of Florida.

During his free time, Cory enjoys spending time with his wife, two children and dog, serving at his church, and playing golf.
