Brittany A. Perez is an associate in Wicker Smith’s Naples office where she focuses her practice on civil litigation matters that include a variety of cases ranging from general liability, subrogation, personal injury, medical malpractice, premises liability and workers’ compensation.
In 2012, Ms. Perez earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Ohio University with a major in Journalism, graduating cum laude. She then went on to receive her Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law in 2016. While in law school, Ms. Perez received the Excellence in Pro Bono Service Award which is awarded to the graduates who have demonstrated excellence in pro bono service with more than 130 hours of pro bono hours to the community. Prior to joining Wicker Smith, Ms. Perez was a law clerk at one of the largest personal injury law firm in the country. She was also an intern for the Honorable Judge Bronwyn Miller of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit and a certified legal intern at the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office.
Ms. Perez was admitted to practice in the state of Florida in 2016 and is an active member of the Florida Bar, Young Lawyers division. She is also proficient in conversational American Sign Language.
