Breanna Monteiro

Breanna Monteiro is an associate in the Tampa office of Wicker Smith, where her practice focuses on a variety of general and commercial litigation matters.

Breanna joined Wicker Smith after graduating with honors from Stetson University College of Law. Prior to law school, Breanna earned her Bachelor of Science degree, cum laude, from Florida State University, where she played club lacrosse and double majored in International Affairs and Political Science with a concentration in Homeland Security, focusing on intelligence and national security strategy.

While in law school, she served as an Editor of the Stetson Law Review and as an Associate on the Stetson Business Law Review. Breanna received Highest Grade Awards in Florida Civil Procedure, Advanced Legal Research, and Client Counseling, and consistently earned Dean’s List and Honor Roll recognition. She also founded and served as President of the Fashion, Arts, Media & Entertainment Law Organization, served as a Stetson Ambassador, and worked as a Research Assistant.

Breanna gained experience as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Amanda Arnold Sansone of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. She first joined Wicker Smith as a member of the Summer Associate program in 2025 and joined the firm full time upon her admission to the Florida Bar in 2026.

Outside the practice of law, Breanna enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle through fitness, exploring new countries, and trying new coffee shops.
