Brandon Rothstein

Brandon Rothstein is an associate in Wicker Smith’s West Palm Beach office, where his practice focuses on medical malpractice and professional liability matters.

Prior to joining the firm in 2026, Brandon worked at a South Florida law firm, where he represented clients in complex business, real estate, and construction litigation. As a law student, he gained experience in criminal defense, real estate, estate planning, probate, and personal injury matters through internships with the Law Offices of Public Defender Carlos Martinez and two private law firms.

Brandon earned his B.S. in Sports Management from Florida State University, before continuing his education at Nova Southeastern University, where he earned his J.D. in 2025. In law school, he competed on the Moot Court team, served as Competitions Coordinator for the Trial Association’s General Board, and was Secretary of the Criminal Law Society.

Outside of work, Brandon is involved in the community through the Heather on Earth Music Foundation, Parkland Buddies, and Boca Hoops.
