Benjamin KoesterBiographyBenjamin M. Koester is an associate in Wicker Smith’s Orlando office where he focuses his practice primarily in retail and transportation. In 2020, Ben earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Arkansas with a double major in Communications and Criminal Justice. He then continued his education at Penn State Law, University Park where he graduated with a Juris Doctor in 2023. During law school, he served as Chair of the Criminal Justice Fellowship and Head of the Fellowship Committee. He was also the Events Chair of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society. Prior to joining Wicker Smith as a full-time attorney, Ben spent one summer in Wicker Smith’s Orlando office, and one summer at a boutique litigation firm in Miami Beach. He was admitted to practice in the State of Florida in 2024. He is an active member of the Florida Bar Association. In his spare time, he enjoys playing hockey, golfing, and traveling.
