Ainsley MarletteBiographyAinsley Marlette is an associate in the Birmingham office of Wicker Smith, where her practice focuses on commercial trucking, general and premises liability, medical malpractice, and insurance coverage matters. Ainsley is a double graduate of the University of Cincinnati. She earned her bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, in Professional Writing and Rhetoric in 2022, and her law degree from UC College of Law in 2025. During law school, Ainsley served as the Managing Editor of the Intellectual Property and Computer Law Journal and as Vice President of DREAM, a student-organization focused on disability rights, education, and activism. During law school Ainsley completed legal internships with a number of organizations, including two major national insurers. She also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Judge Candace J. Smith in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky. Outside of the office, Ainsley enjoys hiking, needlepoint, and playing mahjong.
