Nashville Partner Presents at Southern Chiropractic Conference Hosted by TCA

NASHVILLE – AUGUST 30, 2021 – Wicker Smith partner, John Floyd, Jr., presented at the Southern Chiropractic Conference hosted by the Tennessee Chiropractic Association on “Cervical Manipulation and Strokes: An Update.” The presentation focused on defense strategies for the chiropractic physician facing a scenario where a patient has undergone a stroke and is claiming that the chiropractor’s treatment caused the stroke. It included an update on the most recent peer-reviewed medical literature as well as examples from actual lawsuits. The event took place on August 19th to the 22nd at the Embassy Suites Hotel & Conference Center in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
