Radha E. GordonBiographyRadha E. Gordon is an Associate in the Atlanta office of Wicker Smith, where her work focuses mostly on Commercial Litigation, Medical Malpractice, Professional Liability and General Liability. Radha developed broad skills in litigation through previous experience in bankruptcy, and financial regulatory defense which she brings to her practice at Wicker Smith. Before joining the firm in 2025, she was a Special Resources Attorney at an international firm where she supported discovery disputes and privilege assignments pursuant to federal investigations and commercial suits for clients in telecommunications, healthcare, real estate, software development, data privacy and retail merger investigations. She has practiced as a contract attorney supporting other practitioners in negotiating commercial tax debt, regulatory compliance issues, including PPP loan eligibility and CARES Act violations, and business contract disputes. She has served as lead bankruptcy counsel across multiple federal courtrooms. Radha began her legal career managing key assignments applying data privacy regulations to complex discovery requests in cross-border tort litigation, and then as a judicial law clerk in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia. She holds an LL.M. in International Financial and Commercial Law from King’s College London, a J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law, and a B.A. in English with German from Goucher College. When she isn’t working, Radha is hugging trees, spending time with family and supporting micro-entrepreneurs in her community.
