Madalynn WeberBiographyMadalynn Weber is an Associate in the Nashville office of Wicker Smith, where her practice focuses on medical malpractice, premises liability, and general liability. She earned her undergraduate degree from Northern Illinois University, where she was elected to serve as the Student Trustee to the Board of Trustees, Vice President of Risk Management for Alpha Phi and was selected to be the Class of 2020 Graduation Speaker. She went on to attend law school at Chicago-Kent College of Law, earning her law degree in 2024. While in law school, Madalynn was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society, and earned CALI Excellence Awards in Trial Advocacy, Evidence, and Legal Writing III. Prior to joining Wicker Smith in 2025, Madalynn represented creditors in property reclamation and damage hearings across Middle Tennessee. She has tried over 200 cases, gaining valuable and immeasurable trial experience along the way.
