Eric Michael Fresco

Eric Michael Fresco is an associate in the Miami office of Wicker Smith, where his practice focuses on general liability, automobile liability, insurance coverage matters, and general civil litigation cases.

Eric brings a wealth of experience to his practice at Wicker Smith. He has been an insurance lawyer for over ten years, working in various roles as both outside and in-house counsel for some of the biggest companies both in South Florida and nationally. He is highly adept at case management and is well acquainted with the best practices and processes to move a case forward efficiently and reach an appropriate resolution. His experience as in-house counsel gives him a unique understanding of client needs and helps him to provide an excellent level of client service.

In addition to his litigation caseload, since 2019 Eric has also served as a member of the Planning Advisory Board of Miami-Dade County, advising the county commissioners on land use applications, revisions, and annexations.
