Bryan B. Walton is a shareholder in Wicker Smith’s Miami office, where he has been an integral part of the office’s growth since 2001.

Known for his dedication to clients and his collaborative approach to legal challenges, Bryan has represented clients in high stakes and contentious litigation in a variety of areas for over 25 years. He has handled the defense of physicians, allied care providers, and healthcare facilities in complex medical malpractice and nursing home negligence matters; additionally, he is skilled in managing automobile negligence claims and has a strong track record in retail and hospitality general liability matters as well.

Bryan’s approachable nature and commitment to excellence make him a standout attorney in his field, and his extensive experience in both state and federal courts has made him a trusted advocate for his clients. Before joining Wicker Smith, he served as an Assistant Public Defender for the 11th Judicial Circuit of Florida, where he gained hands-on courtroom experience that continues to benefit his clients today.

Bryan earned his J.D. from the University of Alabama in 1998, and his B.A. from Washington and Lee University in 1995. He is a member of the Florida Bar and the Miami-Dade County Bar Association.
