Arthur Sconochia, III.

Arthur “Drew” Sconochia III is an associate in Wicker Smith’s Naples office and has been with Wicker Smith since 2023. He works in a variety of practice areas, but primarily medical malpractice for hospital systems and practice groups across Florida, commercial litigation, general liability and premises liability for resorts, business entities, and HOAs throughout Southwest Florida, and property damage defense for large insurance companies.

As an associate, Drew works diligently to handle and engage with his cases daily, resulting in full knowledge of the intricacies of each case. His responsibilities include drafting pleadings and discovery, motion practice, conducting and defending depositions, preparation for and participation in alternative dispute resolution, correspondence with opposing counsels, and ensuring that all files are handled in a manner that leads to a favorable trial verdict.

Drew graduated from the University of Michigan in 2020 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He continued his education at University of Miami School of Law on a Dean’s Merit Scholarship, and received his Juris Doctor in May 2023 before being admitted to the Florida Bar in September 2023. Drew spent two summers as a law clerk at Wicker Smith before being welcomed to the firm as an associate in 2023.

He lives in Naples with his wife, Shea, and enjoys golfing, boating, and college athletics.
