Zachary Vidal

Zachary Vidal is an associate in Wicker Smith’s Sarasota office, handling mostly personal injury and medical malpractice matters.

Zachary brings more than six years of complex litigation experience to his role at Wicker Smith. Prior to joining the firm in 2026, he spent most of his career at a prestigious national firm based in Miami handling personal injury, construction defect, and subrogation lawsuits from case inception through settlement and trial. He also has some experience in the handling of auto negligence and uninsured motorist cases.

Zachary holds an undergraduate degree from the Tulane University A.B. Freeman School of Business, an MBA from Florida State University College of Business, and a law degree from Florida State University College of Law.

Outside of the office, Zachary enjoys spending time at the beach, kayaking, tennis, and playing the mandolin.
