The Coral Gables office of Wicker, Smith, O’Hara, McCoy & Ford, P.A. is in search of a Records Coordinator. The Records Coordinator is responsible for assisting attorneys and paralegals with all areas of case management and organization.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting attorneys, paralegals, and firm management as requested. Document management to include obtaining, reviewing, and organizing case documents. Document production to include drafting subpoenas, notices of production, certificates, authorizations, and other legal documents. Collect, review, and note file records, materials, and all other case information as directed. Assist with reception area and coverage as needed.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent is required. A.S. or B.A. in paralegal studies or related field is preferred. Excellent typing skills. Ability to produce accurate work product in a timely manner and work in a team environment. Ability to use computer, copy/scanner, fax machine, telephone, and other office equipment. Knowledge of legal procedures, terminology, and processes is preferred.
