Vivian Williams

Vivian Williams is an Associate in Wicker Smith’s Jacksonville office where she focuses her practice on transportation, construction, retail and commercial litigation matters.

Ms. Williams has gained extensive experience as the managing partner of her own law firm where she represented clients in areas of criminal defense, insurance, traffic, and trademarks and copyrights. She also spent more than five years with the Office of Public Defender, 7^th Judicial Circuit as an Assistant Public Defender where she honed her litigation skills.

Ms. Williams received her Juris Doctor in 2015 from Florida Coastal School of Law and was admitted to the Florida Bar shortly after graduating. In 2010, she graduated from Jacksonville University with a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities and Political Science.

As founder and creator of As The Law Turns, a Facebook Live and YouTube Show, she co-hosted discussions on current and popular legal topics with Retired Honorable Judge Dawn P. Fields.
