Victoria YoungBiographyVictoria Young practices out of the Orlando office of Wicker Smith, where she focuses primarily on general liability, transportation, and commercial litigation matters. Victoria graduated cum laude from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Science in 2021. She then attended Florida International University College of Law on a Dean’s Scholar Scholarship and earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, in 2024 with a certificate in Intellectual Property. While in law school, she earned a CALI Excellence for the Future Award in International Intellectual Property. Victoria was an active member of the FIU Law Review, with which she was published. Her article was recently selected for republication in Thomson Reuter’s Intellectual Property Law Review journal as one of the best law review articles published in 2024.Victoria was also an active FIU Moot Court Team member, competing and advancing to the quarterfinals both in internal competition and a national constitutional law competition. Prior to joining Wicker Smith in 2024, Victoria served as a dedicated summer Associate with the firm. In her free time, Victoria enjoys traveling, visiting art museums, and going to the theme parks.
