Suzanne Kersh is an associate in Wicker Smith’s Orlando office where she has engaged in civil trial practice, focusing her practice on legal matters involving premises liability, medical malpractice, automobile liability, trucking litigation, products liability, and general civil litigation, covering a wide range of complex issues.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Public Administration graduating Magna Cum Laude and with Departmental Honors in 2012 from the University of La Verne in California. She was recognized and featured in the 2012 publication of Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges. She continued on to receive her Juris Doctorate from Western State University College of Law in Fullerton, California in 2015, making the Dean’s List each year and graduating with Scholastic Merit. While in law school, she was a member of the Alpha Chi National Honor Scholarship Society and earned a Witkin Award in Constitutional Law and Solving Legal Problems. She also earned a Certificate for Exemplary Public Service for volunteering over 300 hours with various organizations during law school. She competed in moot court competitions and was a member of the honors mock trial and honors negotiations teams.
She was admitted into the California Bar in 2015 and Florida Bar in 2016. Prior to joining Wicker Smith, she practiced at a California based insurance defense firm where she handled general liability defense including automobile liability, trucking liability, premises liability, as well as medical malpractice matters.
She is an active member of the Florida Bar, American Bar Association, American Association for Justice, Orange County Bar Association, and many other reputable organizations.
