Samuel Garner

Samuel A. Garner is an Associate in Wicker Smith’s Birmingham office where he works in a variety of practice areas, focusing primarily on general liability matters.

Samuel graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Alabama in 2019. He went on to attend Cumberland School of Law at Samford University as a Merit Scholar and simultaneously attended Samford’s Brock School of Business.

While in school, he was a member of Cumberland’s National Moot Court Team, where he received the Outstanding Brief Award for the 2022 Gordon T. Saad Moot Court Competition. He also completed an Externship with The Honorable Judge Corey L. Maze of the Northern District of Alabama. Samuel earned his Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration in 2023.

Outside of practicing law, Samuel enjoys golfing, reading, and watching Alabama football. He is admitted to practice in the states of Alabama and Georgia.
