Robert M. O’Malley is a partner in the Fort Lauderdale office of Wicker Smith where he focuses his practice on automotive, civil litigation and premises liability. Mr. O’Malley is a leader of attorneys that specialize in the defense of personal injury claims involving surgical procedures. He has tried cases in Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, St. Lucie and Orange County.

In 2001, Mr. O’Malley graduated from the Florida International University with a Bachelors in Political Science and a Juris Doctor in 2005. While in law school, he participated in the Moot Court Competition with honors and was on the Board of Advocates. Prior to joining Wicker Smith, Mr. O’Malley was a partner at another Miami firm where he practiced civil litigation and personal injury defense.

Mr. O’Malley was admitted to practice in the state of Florida in 2005 and is an active member of the Broward County Bar Association and The Florida Bar.
